New Construction Inspection

It would be nice to move into a newly constructed home without needing an inspection, but it’s unrealistic to do so. After all, contractors make mistakes and take common shortcuts. Let us inspect the property before you move in. This could save you lots of headaches later on.

New Construction Phase Inspections

This is the best way to stay on top of what’s happening on the construction site. We’ll visit the site multiple times and will report back on anything that’s going wrong. This is by far the easiest way to ensure your contractors can quickly fix any problems.

Loan Draw Inspection

Lenders don’t typically make all the funding available for new home construction at the beginning. Instead, they’ll want to work with an inspector to ensure that their money is being used properly. We offer Loan Draw Inspections to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

Re-Inspections

Your new home is almost ready! But before you sign on the dotted line, take the time to have the house Re-Inspected. That way, we can make sure your home repair addendum was taken care of. Additionally, we’ll look for any last-minute issues.

Foundation Certification Inspection for Mobile Homes

If you’re buying a mobile home via FHA, HUD, VA, or a conventional loan, you’ll need to obtain a foundation certificate. We verify that the foundation was built of durable materials (mortared masonry, concrete, treated wood, etc.). Additionally, we’ll provide a certificate if the foundation passes inspection.
